Gwen Hanna has worked in Organizational Development and HR Management locally and internationally for 25+ years. She has a background in coaching, consulting, and facilitation, along with expertise in design, development, and implementation of executive coaching processes, succession and performance management systems, and leadership/team/employee development programs. She has facilitated corporate culture transformation, change management, and organizational development resulting from business model and/or strategy changes. Prior to Productivity People, Gwen has held leadership positions in companies such as Apple.
Anne Griswold

Anne Griswold is a coach, consultant, facilitator and course designer. She has over 25 years of experience developing leaders at every level of their organizations and has worked with thousands of executives to increase impact and to implement change. Working with initiatives ranging from 1-1 coaching to facilitation of corporate-wide programs, Anne strives to create development paths for individuals, teams, divisions, and companies. She has held leadership roles in organizations such as Roche, LifeScan, and Altera (now Intel).
Alan Tsuda

Alan Tsuda is an engineer by training who discovered early on the thrill of facilitation. He focuses on leading Project Management and Consulting Skills for Engineers courses for Fortune 500 tech companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. Alan has managed large projects, designing and implementing systems for global clients including General Motors and General Electric. He also started and sold a software development company and a specialty-electronics manufacturing firm. Alan has been an instructor in Project Management for the University of California Extensions in Berkeley and Santa Cruz for over 13 years and is the lead instructor for the Instructional Design and Online Teaching programs at UCSC.

Her passion is coaching everyday people to become powerful public speakers through the use of storytelling. She also specializes in leading programs on emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and personality styles.

Mark Branom has a 20-year history of developing engaging curriculum and leading a vast range of courses on his favorite subject: Technology. From desktop tools, to web technologies, to database tools, to image/video/sound editing tools, to presentation tools, to computer programming tools—if you sit in front of a computer to do it, Mark probably leads a class on how to do it better. In addition to his facilitation responsibilities, Mark oversees the Technology section for Stanford University’s Continuing Studies department.

As an eLearning Developer, Doron designs interactive tutorials and micro learning modules using Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Illustrator, and Camtasia. Doron has deep knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS’s), and he designs specific solutions to work with each client’s individual LMS. With a background in teaching and technology, Doron has held positions as VP of Gadgetry and as an instructor and eLearning designer of AutoCAD.

Derek Mathias has for more than 20 years taught a wide variety of computer applications in the San Francisco Bay Area, including Stanford University, UC Berkeley, Apple, Yahoo!, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, LinkedIn, Genentech, AMD, Agilent, Nvidia, and Bridge Bank. His specialty is making complex concepts easy for participants to understand in the courses he designs.

John Pollock has worked as a writer and editor for 30 years, independently and in-house for many businesses and companies, including Oracle and CTB/McGraw-Hill. He has also worked as an Educational Consultant and Researcher as well as a ten-year stint as a Freshman Composition and Creative Writing Instructor.
